Louis Adandé

Louis Adandé spent over twenty years as a corporate banker, chief executive officer of banking subsidiaries and financial consultant in the West and Central Africa regions.

His banking career kicked off in 1983 when he joined Citigroup in Gabon. He rose through a succession of responsibilities, structuring, negotiating and executing debt financing deals for local and foreign corporates as well as sovereign clients. He then moved on to run Business Units and banking subsidiaries making daily use of the standards and best practices of risk management and business leadership. His career gave him the priviledge of working in most of the countries of West Africa and he lived in Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and Nigeria.

He left Citigroup and set up Saoti Finance in 2006. Within the firm, Louis is primarily involved with capital raising transactions for clients in industrial sectors as well as credit risk management assignments for banking clients.

Louis Adandé is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP) de Paris, holds an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, Washington DC.

Gérard Duviau

Gérard Duviau had led for over twenty five years a successful career in finance and financial control within the Air France group on three continents.

Gérard started his career in the aircraft finance division and was quickly appointed as finance and financial control director in a succession of subsidiaries of the Air France group. He held, among others, the role of Finance Director for North America. In these various responsibilities, Gérard has built a sharp expertise of the issues, methods and tools of financial management, audit and financial control in both an industrial and service environment. Having lived and worked in different countries of Europe, Africa and America, Gérard has honed a strong ability to work and communicate in a multicultural environment. He was part of the leadership team that successfully launched an airline company in West Africa.

Gérard Duviau is a co-founder of Saoti Finance and primarily works on assignments involving accounting, financial control processes, purchasing and cost management for industrial and service companies. He also works in support of private equity transactions.

Gérard Duviau is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP) de Paris and the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l’Amérique Latine in Paris. He also holds Master Degree in Economics from the Université de Paris III.

Klaus-Peter Schulze

Klaus-Peter Schulze has built, in the course of a career spanning more than twenty five years with Citigroup, a wealth of knowledge and competences about operations and operational risk management in banking.

After, starting his professional life in the “Control Department” of Citigroup in Germany, he was soon called on to run that department. He then embarked on an expatriate career that led him to carry out senior operations management roles in a host of countries of Europe and Africa. Klaus witnessed, first hand, the way in which the “back office” evolved from basic transaction processing utility to major competitive asset where high risk and value creation potential are in play.

Klaus-Peter Schulze puts his skills to work for Saoti Finance banking clients on assignments involving improvements in the productivity of operations, reduction of cost income ratio as well as operational risk management assignments.

Klaus-Peter Schulze is a graduate of the Friedrich List Institute in Berlin and holds a master’s Degree in Banking Studies from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin.

Mohamed Haouache

Mohamed Haouache has spent the majority of his career thus far in Equity Sales in New York, covering Institutional Funds and Hedge funds invested in European and Emerging Markets.

After launching his banking career as a Project Manager at Dresdner Bank in Paris, Mohamed Haouache joined Plusfunds Group, a fund of hedge funds based in New York, where he was a due diligence and risk analyst. In this role, he gained expertise in hedge fund strategies and in the creation of alternative products.

Mohamed then joined the European sales team at Kepler Equities, with a clientele of hedge funds covering Europe. Accompanied by the former Director of Kepler, he then left the firm to help launch the first European institutional sales desk for American Investment bank Raymond James. He received a promotional opportunity several years later with MainFirst, a German bank, launching its New York office, with whom he excelled in Equity Sales.

Mohamed holds a J.D in Law from the Law School of Montpellier, and a Masters in Finance from the Skema Business School, the Business School of Finance and Management.
